Preliminary headers so the client can start preloading.

What it means

The server sends Link headers before the final response is ready so browsers can fetch critical resources early.

What your client should do

Browsers may preload the linked resources. API clients can ignore it and wait for the final response.

Should you retry?

No. Repeating the same request will give the same result.
