Only the requested byte range is returned.
What it means
Answer to a Range request, used for resumable downloads and media seeking. Content-Range says which bytes were sent.
What your client should do
Append the bytes at the position given by Content-Range and request the next range if needed.
Should you retry?
No. Repeating the same request will give the same result.
