423 Locked
The resource is locked.
What it means
WebDAV, also used by some APIs while a resource is being modified by another process.
What your client should do
Wait for the lock to be released, then retry.
Should you retry?
Yes, with exponential backoff and jitter, and only for idempotent requests (GET, PUT, DELETE) or requests protected by an Idempotency-Key.
